The short version
- We collect what we need to match you with a mentor and run the session.
- Partner organisations see numbers, never what was said in a conversation.
- You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
What we collect
- Your name, email, role and organisation when you register
- The sessions you book, attend or deliver, including topics and timings
- Messages you send us, such as enquiries and support requests
- Basic technical information about your visit, such as device and pages viewed
Why we use it
- To match mentees with suitable mentors and run the sessions
- To report session numbers and impact to partner organisations
- To keep the platform safe and investigate concerns
- To send service messages, and marketing emails only where you asked for them
Who sees it
Organisations that fund mentoring see aggregated reporting: sessions delivered, hours given and topics covered. They never see the content of a conversation. An employer sponsoring its own mentors can see participation by its own people.
- Service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, email and video
- Professional advisers where necessary
- Authorities where the law requires it, or where there is a risk of harm
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we need it for reporting, legal or safeguarding reasons.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict certain uses of it
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
