The impact ledgerCounted from completed sessions

Not a claim. A count.

Every line below comes straight off the platform. Nothing modelled, nothing rounded up, and the same figures your organisation sees in its own dashboard.

01
30,000conversations

Sessions delivered

30-minute conversations that actually happened. A session is only counted once it is complete, never once it is booked.

02
15,000hours

Time given by mentors

Real hours out of real working days, added up across every person who gave them.

03
13,500mentors

People on the other side of the call

Professionals who have done the job, spread across industries rather than clustered in one.

04
40countries

How far the network reaches

This is the figure we watch hardest. It tells us whether access is widening or staying where it always was.

05
30,000trees

One planted per session

Every delivered conversation puts a tree in the ground, tracked in the same place as the session count.

One tree planted for every session that happens.

Four rules we count by.

01

A session counts when it happens

Booked, cancelled and no-show sessions never enter the tally.

02

Hours are real, not estimated

We add up delivered time rather than scheduled time.

03

Nothing is modelled

If it cannot be counted from a real conversation, it is not reported.

04

The figures are the same for everyone

What you see here is what a partner sees in their dashboard.

What lands on your desk.

Impact is only useful if you can share it. Every partner gets the numbers in a form they can publish, present and stand behind.

  1. 01A live dashboard showing sessions, hours and reach as they happen
  2. 02A shareable public impact page for your website and socials
  3. 03Quarterly summaries you can put in front of a board
  4. 04Breakdowns by team, region and topic
  5. 05Tree planting totals alongside every session count
  6. 06Exportable figures for ESG and social value reporting

Notes on the ledger.

Straight from completed sessions on the platform. Nothing is estimated, modelled or rounded up.

Add your own lines to the ledger.

Bring your organisation in, give your people the chance to mentor, and watch your numbers start counting up.

In their words

Impact people can check

We publish our figures because a number nobody can check is not evidence.

Their impact page is the first one I have been sent that counts hours rather than intentions.

Being able to point at the tree count made the whole thing tangible for staff.

Before you ask

About these numbers

How often are they updated?

They move as sessions complete, so what you see is the current state rather than a quarterly snapshot.

What counts as a session?

A 30-minute call that both people attended. Bookings and no-shows are not counted.

Can we show our own share?

Yes. Organisations get a public impact page carrying only the hours and people their own mentors delivered.
