A mission is a focused mentoring drive with a target, a deadline and a group of people it is for. Your teams give 30 minutes each, and everyone watches the same number climb.

Step 01: choose who it is for

Build the brief.

Pick a cause and watch the mission take shape. Yours can be anything your people care about.

What it leaves behind

Every one of them speaks to somebody doing a job they had never heard of.

Step 02: how it runs

Five moments, start to finish.

01Day 0

The cause is named.

You tell us who the mission is for. We turn it into a target, a deadline and a page with your name on it.

02Day 1

Your people sign up.

One link, one form, 30 minutes each. No training day, no rota, no committee.

03Week 1

Matching starts on its own.

Mentees are matched by topic and time zone, and sessions land straight into diaries.

04Live

The counter climbs in public.

Sessions, topics, countries and trees planted, all updating on a page anyone can open.

05Close

You get the receipts.

A wrap up report you can put in front of a board, a client or a candidate.

The network behind every mission

Your mission joins a much bigger one.

Every session adds to the same global total, so your people can see exactly where their 30 minutes sits in the whole picture.

A named mission with a target and a deadline

A branded mission page to share anywhere

Sign up, matching and scheduling handled for you

Live counters for sessions, topics and countries

A wrap up report for boards and clients

A tree planted for every completed session

Missions sit on top of Give or Grow, so if you already work with us there is nothing extra to set up.

Before you launch.

A focused mentoring drive with a cause, a target and a deadline. Instead of mentoring in general, your people give their 30 minutes to one clearly defined group.

Missions run on top of either, but we can also set up a standalone mission if you want to start with one campaign.

Most run for a quarter. Some are tied to a moment such as results day, a hiring season or a company anniversary.

The group you choose. We work with universities, charities and community partners to reach them, or use your own network if you have one.

Yes. Every mission gets a branded page with live numbers, plus a wrap up report you can publish.

Tell us the cause and roughly how many people could give 30 minutes, and we will come back with a mission shape and target.

Before you ask

About missions

Who sets the target?

You do, usually with a sense of how many people are likely to take part in the first month.

How long should one run?

Four to six weeks tends to work. Long enough to spread by word of mouth, short enough to stay urgent.

Can several teams compete?

Yes, and the reporting can be broken down by team so the standings are visible.
