Ask us the hard questions first.
Before a university, an employer or a parent lets somebody take a session, they want to know who is on the other side of the call and what happens to the data. Here are the answers in one place.
- Mentors verified
- Every one
- Sessions
- On the platform
- Mentee cost

What we are accountable for.
Safeguarding
Every mentor is identity checked and verified before matching. Sessions run on the platform, never off it, and there is a clear route to raise a concern. The full policy sits on the safeguarding page.
Data protection
We collect what a match needs and no more. Handling is region aware and processing terms are supplied with every partner agreement. The detail is in the privacy notice.
Accessibility
The platform runs in a browser, supports keyboard navigation and visible focus, respects reduced-motion settings, and works audio only on a weak connection.
Ownership
mentorhero is owned by Equityhouse Group Ltd. Jackson Parsons is Chairman and Leon Juice is Director. Nothing about the company is held behind a form.
What we will always do.
Verify a mentor before they are ever matched
Keep every session on the platform and on the record
Answer a safeguarding report the same working day
Never charge a mentee, in money or in data
Publish the method behind any number we claim
Tell a partner promptly if something goes wrong
What happens when somebody reports something.
- 01
Report
Anybody involved in a session can raise a concern through the platform or by writing to support@mentorhero.com.
- 02
Immediate action
Where there is any risk, the account involved is suspended from matching while we look into it.
- 03
Review and outcome
We investigate, tell the person who reported it what we found, and notify the partner where one is involved.
The things people ask first.
How are mentors checked?
Identity and safeguarding checks are completed before a mentor can be matched. Nobody is matched on the strength of a profile alone.
Can a mentor and mentee move to a private channel?
No. Sessions run on the platform. Moving off it is a breach of the rules and grounds for removal.
What data do you hold on a mentee?
What is needed for a match and a session: contact details, the field they are asking about and the question. The privacy notice sets out retention.
Who do we contact about a safeguarding issue?
support@mentorhero.com reaches the responsible team directly, and partners also have a named lead.
Are you certified against any security standard?
We do not claim a certification we do not hold. Ask us for our current documentation and we will send exactly what exists.
Send your due diligence questions.
We will answer them in writing, including the difficult ones.
