Every quotation comes from a mentor or mentee who explicitly consented to their words being used publicly to help others access mentoring. Mentees are identified by first name only. Anyone who declined consent has been excluded entirely.

Why is there no single headline outcome statistic?
Because a career outcome takes months to confirm, and we publish a figure only once it is traced to a named employer. The tracking runs live from the first session, and every partner sees their own results as they land.
Can we audit the figures?
Yes. Partners can export the underlying session data behind every number in their dashboard.
Who verifies the trees?
The planting partner confirms each batch. Trees are tied to completed sessions, not to sign-ups.
Can we use these numbers in our own reporting?
Yes, and partners do, in annual reports and social value returns. The definitions come with them.
