Find somebody who actually does the job.
Matching runs on the work, not the job title. These are the fields mentees ask for most, and the fields where we most need more mentors to say yes.

Where mentees are waiting.

Three inputs, one mentor.
- 01
The question
A mentee writes one real question. It carries more matching signal than a profile ever does.
- 02
The field
We look for mentors doing that work now, not people who did it a decade ago.
- 03
The slot
Availability decides the rest, converted into the mentee's local time.
The things people ask first.
My job title is unusual. Is there a category for it?
Describe the work rather than the title when you sign up. Matching reads the work.
Can I mentor across two fields?
Yes. Career changers are often the most useful mentors, because they can speak to both sides of the move.
What if nobody in my field is available?
You will be told rather than matched badly. A poor match wastes the one half hour a mentee gets.
Your field is somebody's closed door.
Sign up as a mentor, or book a session with someone already doing the job you want.
