The whole thing / four steps
You bring one question. We find the person who has already answered it.
Two minutes to ask, a match from a global network, a time that fits your week, then 30 focused minutes. Nothing else to learn, nothing else to set up.
Ask, match, book, talk
Step through it yourself.
What are you stuck on?
Step 01
Tell us where you are.
Your role, your field and the one thing you are trying to work out. It takes about two minutes and there is no form to dread.
“I have a question nobody around me can answer.”
Students, job seekers and professionals book a session with someone already doing the job they are aiming for.
What is handled for you
You bring the question. We handle the rest.
Someone has already done the thing you are trying to do.
people mentored each year
active mentors across the globe
countries with mentors and mentees
Before your first session
The six questions we hear most.
30 minutes. Long enough to get a real answer, short enough that a busy mentor can say yes.
People currently doing the work, from graduates a few steps ahead through to senior leaders. Every mentor is verified before they take a session.
We match on role, industry and the topic you bring, across the whole global network rather than the mentors nearest you.
A partner organisation or university covers the cost for the mentees it reaches. Tell us your situation when you register and we will point you to the right route.
Yes. Most people come back with a different question and are matched to a different mentor for it.
We record the outcome and the next steps, and plant a tree for every completed session.
Start with the question.
Two minutes now, 30 minutes with someone who has done it, and a clear next step by the end of the week.
In their words
What the process feels like
I wrote my question on a Tuesday and spoke to someone on the Thursday.
There was no matching form that took twenty minutes. That mattered.
As a mentor I get the question, the time and the link. Nothing else to manage.
The numbers so far
The shape of it
Before you ask
How it works, in short
How are matches made?
On the question you have written, the field it sits in and the experience the mentor has actually had.
What if the match is wrong?
Tell us and we rematch you. A poor match wastes the mentor's half hour as well as yours.
