Version 1.0In effect from 28 August 2026All policies

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This licence governs your use of the brand assets and content that mentorhero makes available, for example through the partner assets page. It applies to everyone who accesses, receives or uses those assets, including partners, brands, their employees and agents, and any other recipient (together, "you").

1. Ownership

All brand assets and content that mentorhero makes available, including photographs, video, logos, graphics and written content (the "Assets"), are owned by Mentorhero Limited (company number 16861069) and are its intellectual property. Nothing in this licence transfers any ownership to you. You receive only the limited right to use the Assets set out below.

2. Licence granted

mentorhero grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Assets for the following purposes only:

  • internal communications
  • marketing
  • social media

This licence is personal to you. You may not sub-license, assign or transfer it.

3. How you may not use the Assets

You must not:

  • edit, alter, distort or recolour the mentorhero logo, or otherwise modify the Assets in a way that misrepresents mentorhero
  • sell, resell, license or otherwise commercialise the Assets
  • use the Assets for commercial paid work
  • use the Assets in any way that implies an endorsement, partnership or relationship with mentorhero beyond what is factually accurate
  • use the Assets in any unlawful, misleading or reputationally damaging way

4. Attribution

Whenever you use an Asset publicly you must:

  • credit mentorhero, and
  • tag mentorhero on the relevant social channel on which the Asset is being used

If you are not sure of the correct mentorhero handle for a given channel, you must contact us and confirm it with us before you publish.

5. Revocation

mentorhero may revoke this licence at any time by giving you 30 days' written notice. Within that 30-day period you must stop using the Assets and remove them from any materials and channels within your control.

6. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
